USB2.0 OTG PHY supporting UTMI+ level 3 interface - 28HK/55LL
Mobile Studio
Features
- Objective:
- MS provides a trace for the specification and description of communication behavior of system components and their environment by means of message interchange. MS provides trace in form of MSC (Message Sequence Chart), which is very intuitive and transparent in nature.
- Application:
- MS is generic in nature and can be applied for various domains. An important area of application of MS is an overview specification of communication behavior of real time systems, in particular wire-line or wireless communication system. The possible areas of application can be:
- Protocol Testing
- Service Testing
- Module Testing
- API Testing
- MS is directly mapped to TTCN3 core language so can be used for:
- System Integration Testing
- System Testing
- Conformance Testing
- Interoperability Testing
- Regression Testing
- Features:
- 1) Standalone/plug-in component : MS is Java based and can be either used as stand-alone component or can be integrated with other third party test tools.
- 2) Platform independent: MS is developed in Java and so is platform independent.
- 3) Compliant to ITU-T Z.120 / ETSI TR 101 873-3: The constructs used in MS are compliant to ITU-T recommendation Z.120 defining MSC. MS is also compliant to ETSI TR 101 873-3 standard for GFT (Graphical Presentation Format) for TTCN3. GFT uses a subset of MSC with test specific extensions and extension of a general nature.
- 4) Design on open architecture: MS is designed on an open architecture so that MSC can be mapped to textual representation in any standard test specification language (e.g. TTCN3 core language) or with minimum customization to any proprietary language (e.g. specific to 3rd party test specification language).
- MSC Editor Features: Component creation and deletion; Message interactions; Actions e.g. Wait, Repeat etc; Timer - Start, Stop and Expire; Conditional statements; Loop statements; Default execution; Comments
- Sequence Verification:
- 1) Timer Management : MS warns about the scenarios where the Timer has been started but was not stopped.
- 2) Action Review: MS checks the completeness of conditional statements and conditions for jumping out of loops.
