AC-3 Encoder
Ittiam AC-3 Encoder is an implementation of Dolby Digital Consumer Encoder (DDCE) capable of delivering up to 2 channels. The encoder supports sample rates of 48 kHz, 44.1 kHz, and 32 kHz, and data rates ranging from 64 kbps to 448 kbps.
