AC-3 Decoder
Ittiam AC-3 Encoder is an implementation of Dolby Digital Consumer Decoder (DDCD) capable of delivering up to 5.1 channels. The decoder supports sample rates of 48 kHz, 44.1 kHz, and 32 kHz, and data rates ranging from 32 kbps to 640 kbps
