Arm did not get the thing it most wanted in its lawsuit with Qualcomm – a legal ban on Qualcomm using Nuvia-designed Arm-based cores in its PC chip-sets.
That was the prize for Arm which would have forced Qualcomm back to the negotiating table and would, very likely, have resulted in Qualcomm paying higher fees to Arm.
