Biography

Darren Hobbs is the Director of Product Management at S3 Group. He has over 20 years of experience operating in the semiconductor industry in roles such as CMO, Product Line Management, Product Marketing, Program Management in a mix of SME and large multinationals. These companies include RedMere Technologies, Wolfson Microelectronics, Freescale Semiconductors, Motorola and Cadence. He began his career as an analog IC design engineer. In addition he has operated his own technical marketing consultancy for some years. He holds an executive MBA from Henley Management College (UK) and a Degree in Electrical Engineering from University College Cork (Ireland).
