Lattice Launches LEADER Design Services Program
HILLSBORO, OR - JUNE 1, 2005 - Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ: LSCC) today announced its Lattice LEADER Design Services Program that formalizes partnerships with a highly select, global network of premier design services companies. Through the LEADER ("Lattice Exclusive Alliance of Design Engineering Resources") partnership program, Lattice evaluates, identifies, selects and supports design services companies that have committed to provide exceptional programmable logic design expertise and assistance to Lattice customers. Lattice's expanding array of leading edge products and services, combined with the local design expertise of its partners, will continue to reduce customers' time-to-market.
"Our new LEADER program will create value through close relationships among Lattice, our partners and, most importantly, our customers," said Steve Donovan, Lattice corporate vice president of sales. "In the past twelve months, Lattice has introduced our low cost, high performance LatticeEC™ and LatticeECP™ FPGAs, and our revolutionary LatticeXP™ non-volatile FPGAs. These products are being enthusiastically received in the global marketplace, and consequently the need for local design consultation continues to grow rapidly. It's no coincidence that we've elected to launch our LEADER program at this time, to ensure our customers receive superior design counsel and services," Donovan concluded.
The LEADER program includes the 20 charter partner companies listed below. Each partner has been carefully selected by Lattice and is certified to have received extensive technical training in applying Lattice programmable logic solutions. "We expect the number of LEADER partners to increase steadily," said Donovan. "But it will be deliberate, measured growth. We will not compromise our demanding partner selection criteria under any circumstances."
