Yamaha Selects ZSP(R) Cores and Audio Software to Speed Multimedia Applications to Market

MILPITAS, Calif., June 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- LSI Logic Corporation (NYSE: LSI) today announced that Yamaha Corporation, a leading provider of semiconductor solutions for Sound, Audio/Video and Communication products, has licensed ZSP(R) digital signal processor (DSP) cores. Yamaha is leveraging the combination of the popular, open, industry-standard DSP cores to quickly develop products in a variety of multimedia applications.
