Texas Court Proposes Schedule for MOSAID Patent Lawsuit Against Infineon
OTTAWA, Ontario, Canada – June 24, 2005 - MOSAID Technologies Incorporated (TSX:MSD) today announced that United States District Judge Davis has issued a "Notice of Scheduling Conference, Proposed Dates for Docket Control Order and Proposed Discovery Order" in its Texas patent case against Infineon Technologies North America Corp., Infineon Technologies AG, Infineon Technologies Holding North America Inc. and Infineon Technologies Richmond LP.
The Order sets out a detailed schedule for the proceedings, including the Markman Hearing, which is tentatively scheduled to commence on April 6, 2006, and the Jury Trial, which is tentatively scheduled to commence on October 10, 2006. The Order also gives notice that the parties are to appear before Judge Davis on July 20, 2005 to discuss the Court's proposed schedule.
