ARM Leads Embedded Systems Development in China

WHAT: ARM [(LSE:ARM); (Nasdaq:ARMHY)] is the most popular microprocessor architecture in China, based on results of a recent EDN China Embedded Systems Developer Survey.
The Survey showed that 64% of the respondents are currently using the ARM architecture for their embedded system development – the nearest competitor is being used by only 21% of designers – with this number increasing to 71% when respondents were asked which microprocessor architecture they were planning to use in the next two years.
