LTRIM 10-bit A-to-D IP Block Ideal for Low-power, Muxed Input Apps
“With one LSB max Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) and Integral Nonlinearity (INL), our new 10-bit A-to-D block is both fast and dependably accurate,” said Mike Shamshirian, LTRIM Vice president of Corporate Sales. “Moreover, it draws only a couple milliamps, making it ideal for low-power, muxed input designs like sensor interfaces in a variety of vertical application markets.” LTRIM specializes in high-performance power management and other analog IP solutions that integrate into mixed-signal system-on-chips (SoCs) and other analog chips.
- Fast throughput rate of 1 MSPS
- Low power consumption: 3.3V for analog and 1.8V for digital; 2mA of current in active mode; 100nA in shutdown mode
- Built-in sample and hold circuitry with offset calibration
- Configurable multiplexed, analog inputs: eight single-ended inputs or four fully differential inputs
- Industrial temp range: -40°C to +85°C
The IP block is designed in TSMC 0.18-micron CMOS technology and can be retargeted to other foundry process technologies.
