eASIC and INNOTECH Form Strategic Partnership for Distribution of Programmable ASIC Products in Japan
eASIC Further Expands Global Presence by Choosing INNOTECH as Distributor of Its Structured ASIC Devices SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- Oct. 17, 2005 -- eASIC Corporation, a provider of Programmable ASIC products including Configurable Logic IP and Structured ASICs, together with INNOTECH, a Japanese based distributor of high-end semiconductor devices, electronics components, EDA software and a provider of technical services, today announced the formation of strategic partnership. As part of the partnership agreement, INNOTECH has become the distributor of eASIC's Structured ASIC devices in Japan. INNOTECH will provide sales and technical support for eASIC's products to the Japanese market.
