MQX Embedded™ Real-Time Operating System and Communication Stacks Support Freescale MPC8349E Processors Targeted at High Performance Embedded Applications
MUNICH, Germany (Freescale Technology Forum), October 18, 2005 – MQX Embedded, a business of ARC International (LSE: ARK) that is focused on the software needs of embedded system developers, today announced the availability of its MQX Embedded™ software products for Freescale Semiconductor’s MPC8349E PowerQUICC™ II Pro family of processors.
MQX Embedded’s support for the PowerQUICC II Pro family includes the full line of MQX™ run-time products, including the MQX™ RTOS and the MQX RTCS™ Embedded Internet Stack, IPShield™ Internet Security stacks, and USB software stacks, as well as the state-of-the-art MQX Host Tools. In addition, MQX Embedded’s run time software fully-integrates with Freescale’s CodeWarrior Development Suite for a highly productive out-of-box experience.
MQX Embedded software delivers the run-time functionality needed for developers to bring advanced, differentiated products to market quickly.
