Intel Veteran Joins Denali as Vice President of Embedded Software
PALO ALTO, Calif. -- Sept. 7, 2006 -- Denali Software, Inc., today announced that Ramesh Subramaniam has joined Denali as vice president of embedded software. Subramaniam is responsible for the embedded software efforts at Denali, including products, technology, and business development.
Prior to joining Denali, Mr. Subramaniam spent over 17 years at Intel Corporation where he held various positions in general management, marketing and operations, including director of software for Flash memory and worldwide director of data center services. At Denali, Mr. Subramaniam will provide leadership as the company sharpens its focus on embedded software solutions for system-on-chip (SoC) design.

"Ramesh is a seasoned veteran, and I am excited to have him lead our embedded software initiative. Mr. Subramanian is a graduate of the University of Utah where he received two M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and finance in 1988 and 1989 respectively.
