WESTBORO, Mass.----July 17, 2000--Intrinsix Corp., the largest U.S.-based, independent ASIC and System (SoC) design services company, today announced that it has named Robert J. Richardson to the Company's Board of Directors.
Robert Richardson, an electronics industry expert, recently served as Chairman, CEO and President with Unitrode Corporation, a $200 million Power Management Semiconductor Manufacturer. He has also served as a senior management consultant for SRI International and Arthur D. Little, Inc., as well as being a current Member of the Board of Trustees at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center. Richardson holds a B.S.E.E. degree in Computer Design from St. Louis University and a M.B.A. degree in Marketing/Finance from Southern Illinois University.
