SVP works with any digital format, any transmission method and is interoperable with other content protection solutions.
The SVP Licensing Authority LLC (SVPLA) has made licenses for its secure, open content protection specification available online. They are available on a reasonable and non-discriminatory basis (RaND), as well as on a low cost non-royalty basis, which will help to drive implementation.
