LEON3 licensed for GPS receiver application

The LEON processor has previously been used for GPS receivers by companies such as Nemerix, Locsense, EADS Astrium and Semtech. The LEON processor is with the GRLIB IP-library is ideally suited for SoC designs and for low power handheld products.
