ARC International Appoints Steven Gunders As Non Executive Director
ST. ALBANS, England, June 21, 2007 – ARC International today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Steven Gunders to the Board as a Non Executive Director. Gunders will become Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
Steven Gunders is a qualified C.P.A. and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago. A former partner with Deloitte and Touche, he has more than 35 years of financial consulting experience. Most recently, Gunders was the global lead consulting partner at Deloitte Consulting with a particular focus on private equity clients' buy and build strategies both in the United States and internationally.
Commenting on his appointment, Gunders said, "ARC has ambitious plans for growth both organically and through acquisition, and I am delighted to be joining the company at this exciting point in its history. I also look forward to working with my fellow board members and ARC's executive team to help the company achieve its long term strategic goals."

There are no details required to be disclosed under Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the U.K. Listing Authority.
