SANTA CLARA, CA-- June 26, 2007 - Kilopass Technology, a leading provider of semiconductor non-volatile memory (NVM) intellectual property (IP), announced today that Jeannie Duncanson has joined the company as CFO, reporting to Bernie Aronson, CEO.
"With her high tech experience at leading Silicon Valley companies, Jeannie will be a highly effective finance team leader," said Bernie Aronson. "She will provide a strong financial management function as Kilopass continues its rapid growth."

Jeannie Duncanson has over 20 years of high-technology experience with a number of companies. Since 2003, she has served as a Finance Director at SGI. Prior to joining SGI in 2003, she was the CFO and a co-founder of Kasenna, Inc. a venture-backed software company. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Loyola University and an M.B.A. from the American Graduate School of International Management.
