Based in California, Canevaro will be responsible for driving forward and implementing the APT Licensing Business Strategy within the Consumer Electronics, Mobile and Broadcast industries and is set to significantly strengthen APT’s position in the IP Licensing markets.

Canevaro said, ‘APT is perfectly positioned to take advantage of the increasing demand for low time delay and robust algorithms in the Consumer and Broadcast markets. I have joined the company at a hugely exciting time and am looking forward to continuing to build on APT’s success in the coming years.’
Canevaro brings a wealth of experience to the APT Licensing Division having previously spent 6 years with SRS labs where he held a variety of roles, most recently overseeing the SRS Mobile Phone licensing strategy as Senior Director of Business Development.
