Barco and Ingenient Technologies announce business partnership toward European customers
Kortrijk, Belgium, and Chicago, USA -- September 2, 2008 – Barco Silex, Barco's center of competence for electronic design services and embedded video coding, and Ingenient Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of embedded multimedia system solutions, have announced a partnership for sales, marketing and support toward their shared European customers. Under the agreement, Barco Silex will become a value added reseller of Ingenient’s embedded multimedia codecs, reference designs, and system solutions. Barco Silex will also act as the primary design and support center for the companies’ European customers. The partnership will take effect this fall, starting with the IBC exhibition in Amsterdam in September, and the Security Essen show in October.
