Kilopass Technology Inc. Announces Maojet Technology as New Distributor in Taiwan

Kilopass Technology Inc. teams up with Taiwan’s leading EDA and IP distributor, Maojet Technology, to support sales in TaiwanSanta Clara, CA -- January 5th, 2009 -- Kilopass Technology Inc., a leading provider of semiconductor logic non-volatile memory (NVM) intellectual property (IP), today announced, effective immediately, a distribution agreement has been completed with Maojet Technology to represent Kilopass XPM (extra permanent memory) solutions in Taiwan and provide local front-line sales support. Recognized as the biggest Taiwanese distributor in the EDA and IP industry, Maojet provides high quality, high tech products from first rate companies all over the world. The company now serves as a non-exclusive representative for Kilopass’ XPM memory and register products.

Kilopass XPM is available in over 30 foundry processes. With this expansive offering and comprehensive qualification methodology, Kilopass enables SOC designers to integrate XPM from 180nm to 45nm with high reliability. Applications range from a few hundred bits for unique ID to prevent cloning to multiple instances of 1Mb for program code storage. Over 50+ customers have integrated XPM in over 150+ designs. Many of the designs up to 90nm are ramping up to high volume production or have been in high volume production since 2003.
