Kilopass Adds Industry Veteran Bill Cibulsky as VP of Worldwide Sales

25-Year Sales Leadership in EDA & IP Strengthens Kilopass’s Expansive Team
Santa Clara, CA (March 2, 2009) – Kilopass Technology, a leading provider of semiconductor logic non-volatile memory (NVM) intellectual property (IP), today announced the appointment of Bill Cibulsky as Vice President of Worldwide Sales, effective immediately. Bill succeeds founder, Charles Ng, who has decided to pursue other career opportunities after 8 years with the company.

Bill Cibulsky has 25 years of experience in creating successful sales strategies for both startups and fortune 500 companies. He has held senior positions at Virutech, ListenPoint, Inc. and Cadence Design System/OrCAD. Most recently he was Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Carbon Designs Systems, a SoC design system validation software company, where he expanded the international sales to 40% of the company’s revenue.
