Ambarella licenses Imagination Technologies' high-performance graphics processor core
Ambarella will deploy the technology in future consumer electronics designs.
Under the terms of its licensing arrangements Imagination receives license fees and royalty revenues on shipment of SoCs incorporating Imagination's IP.
