FPGA Sales Pioneer Steve Haynes Joins Tabula as VP Worldwide Sales
Former Xilinx Senior VP Worldwide Sales Comes Out of Retirement to Build Tabula's Sales Organization
SANTA CLARA, Calif., April 26, 2010 -- Tabula, a privately held fabless semiconductor company that has developed a new category of 3-D Programmable Logic Devices (3PLDs), today announced that FPGA sales pioneer Steve Haynes has joined the Company's executive team as VP Worldwide Sales. With more than 35 years of semiconductor sales and marketing experience, Mr. Haynes brings strong leadership to his new role at Tabula. As VP Worldwide Sales, Mr. Haynes will spearhead development of a global sales team and worldwide sales strategy to drive adoption of Tabula's ABAX family of 3PLD products.

Mr. Haynes has served for two years as a consultant to Tabula. Prior to Tabula, Mr. Haynes was the Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Xilinx from 1998 to 2005. Mr. Haynes career at Xilinx spanned 18 years, including Eastern U. S. Director of Sales and Vice President of North American Sales, and was instrumental in guiding Xilinx sales growth to $1.6B annually. In addition to his time at Xilinx, Mr. Haynes also served in both Sales and Marketing capacities at both National Semiconductor and Silicon Systems.
