PMC-Sierra reportedly in talks to buy Wintegra

ANAHEIM, Calif.—Communication and storage chip maker PMC-Sierra Inc. is in talks to acquire Israel-based network processor vendor Wintegra Inc. for $250 million, according to Israeli news media reports
