Mentor urges shareholders to nix Icahn proxy

SAN FRANCISCO—Mentor Graphics Corp. Tuesday (March 15) strongly urged its shareholders to reject a slate of nominees for its board of directors proposed by billionaire financier Carl Icahn in a proxy fight and instead vote in favor of the company's current board members.
