Intilop Corporation announces the release and delivery of their highly customizable 3rd generation 10G Ultra-Low Latency and High Performance Ethernet MAC
Intilop’s newly released EMAC shatter’s the 20 nanosecond latency barrier.
Santa Clara, CA. – April 05, 2012 -- Intilop, Inc. a pioneer and a recognized leader in providing complex Ultra-Low latency networking IP building blocks and systems, today announced their new 3rd Gen 10G Ultra-Low-Latency Ethernet Media Access controller (EMAC) IP cores based around enhanced Architecture. These Industry leading Ultra-Low latency 10G EMAC IP products have fully integrated scalable BRAMs and optional PCIe/DMA Engines. These EMAC IP’s can also be combined inside a system to provide Ultra-High performance NIC functionality.
This is the first time the latency barrier of 20 nanoseconds has been shattered, while offering highly scalable Ultra-Low Latency and Highest Performance. These EMACs also offer unprecedented Ethernet throughput of 100% for large and small payload sizes on a 10G network. This was accomplished with custom ‘Handcrafted’ hardware design that implements patent pending innovative architecture.
This MAC architecture and design has been deployed in several world class high performance systems with Intilop’s Ultra-Low Latency TCP and UDP IPs and solutions, including NASDAQ and NY Stock exchange and other world class equipment. These customizable EMACs are especially designed for the financial, data storage, high performance computing (HPC), cloud computing and high-end network equipment OEM markets.
Network Architects now have a larger variety of cutting edge EMAC products to choose from, allowing them to move up from the sluggish microsecond league into the super-fast nanosecond performance league.
This 3rd. Gen 10G Ultra-Low Latency EMAC’s architecture is highly scalable, customizable and adaptable without compromising on low latency or performance. Intilop’s product-line solutions are available in flexible FPGA/ASIC/SoC technologies which can easily accommodate diverse set of HPC appliance maker’s technical design specifications.
