Cactus Semiconductor chooses Dolphin Integration's Library for their low power, portable medical applications
Chandler, Arizona and Grenoble, France -- April 22, 2014 – Cactus Semiconductor and Dolphin Integration are proud to announce their partnership for the optimization of Cactus Semiconductor’s portable and medical applications thanks to the low power Dolphin Integration's standard cell library.
Relying on 30 years of experience, the standard cell library SESAME eLC subsumes the know-how of Dolphin Integration and offers extra low power performances and dual voltage capability down to 0.8 V:
- The optimized standard cells for ultra-low-power enable to reduce the power consumption by up to 5 and the leakage by up to 2.
- Dual voltage capability down to 0.8 V allows Cactus Semiconductor to reach the power consumption target of medical and portable applications.
