Eric Penain to join Reflex CES as Sales Director
Veteran of Cypress Semiconductor brings more than 20 years of sales and leadership experience to the company’s expanding commercial business
Paris, France – April 28, 2014 - Reflex CES (Custom Embedded Systems), a provider of Modified-Off-The-Shelf (MOTS) solutions and turnkey embedded systems, today announced that Eric Penain joins the company as Sales Director. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, Eric’s role is to define and execute the company’s national and international sales development strategy.
Eric has more than 20 years of semiconductor sales, marketing and application engineering experience from his time at ST Microelectronics, Hitachi and most recently, Cypress Semiconductor. Following 14 years in various European sales roles, Eric was Director of Cypress Semiconducteurs France, managing global sales and support for major accounts worldwide. Prior to joining Cypress, Eric held marketing positions at Hitachi and STMicrolectronics in the fields of Internet appliances, telecoms and asics. He holds a Master of Science from Ecole Supérieure d’Ingénieurs en Electronique et Electrotechnique (ESIEE, Paris, France).

Committed to ambitious plans for growth, Reflex CES is actively hiring for engineering and business positions. Already this year, the company has strengthened its sales and business team with the recruitment of four new managers. The company has also embarked on a partnerships strategy to distribute and integrate key COTS products into its solutions. Reflex CES announced recently a series of agreements to distribute NextComputing, 4DSP and Vecow products in France.
