Virtual Silicon Teams With 1st Silicon for IP
SUNNYVALE, Calif.,--July 15, 2002 - Virtual Silicon Technology Inc., a leader in semiconductor intellectual property (SIP), has received an order from 1st Silicon, Malaysia's largest wafer foundry, to port its SIP to 1st Silicon's 0.18-micron process technology. The agreement covers Virtual Silicon's standard cell library as well as two I/O pad libraries.

"In addition to foundation IP, customers look to Virtual Silicon for a wide range of products including high-speed interface, PLL and memories.
