Reflex CES to Demonstrate Complex and High-Speed FPGA Boards Expertise at Electronica 2014
Paris-France, October 28, 2014- Reflex CES, a European-based industry-leading provider of custom embedded and complex systems, will be exhibiting for the first time at Electronica 2014 in Munich. Reflex CES will showcase its world class expertise in the design and manufacture of complex and high-speed FPGA boards. It will also highlight the company’s broad product offering that ranges from FMC daughter boards to high-speed computers, including System-on-Module derived from its FPGA-based SoC design competence.
Reflex CES representatives will be on-hand at Stand 144 in Hall 6 to discuss and demonstrate the company’s skills in designing complex and high-speed boards based on the latest FPGAs. On display will be recent examples based on PCIe, VPX and CompactPCI for applications including military, industrial, trading, video and instrumentation systems.
Based on its partnership with DSP specialist, 4DSP, Reflex will highlight a range of FMC daughter boards dedicated to advanced signal processing functions for military, instrumentation and medical applications.
Electronica will further offer Reflex the opportunity to present its expertise in:
- High-Speed computers: Through its Next Computing partnership, Reflex provides a complete portfolio of portable and rack-mounted systems for high performance within a compact form factor. These high-speed computers are used for data recording, big data analytics or medical imaging applications. A Radius portable computer will be show on the stand.
- FPGA-based SoC System-on-Module: Reflex uses its expertise in System-on-Module solutions based on FPGA-based SoCs to accelerate customer design productivity. A video demonstration based on such a System-on-Module and an evaluation board will illustrate the company’s baseboard design, custom embedded design (system, board, firmware and software) and manufacturing capabilities.
“Electronica is one the world’s foremost gatherings for the electronics industry, and we are excited to showcase our complex and high-speed FPGA-based boards expertise at such a large event,” said Sylvain Neveu, Reflex‘s Chief Operating Officer. “This première is an important step in our strategy to grow exports and to address new markets like security, safety critical industrial computing, energy and instrumentation, while deepening our core offering for Military & Defence markets.”
Committed to ambitious plans for growth, Reflex CES is actively hiring engineers in hardware, software, firmware, CAD, mechanics and complete systems development. Reflex CES achieved revenues of 8 million euros in 2013. Earlier this year, it announced a series of agreements to integrate key COTS products into its solutions with NextComputing, 4DSP and Vecow.
