Vidatronic Names Dr. Hector Ruiz to Board of Directors
COLLEGE STATION, TX – December 1, 2014 – Today, Vidatronic Inc, a leading provider of power management solutions, announced that Dr. Hector Ruiz, a semiconductor industry veteran with decades of experience, will join the company’s Board of Directors. Currently Chairman of Advanced Nanotechnology Solutions, Inc., Dr. Ruiz previously served as President of Motorola’s Semiconductor Products Sector and as CEO and Chairman of the Board for Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD). Dr. Ruiz will serve on Vidatronic’s Board effective immediately and will provide ongoing counsel and leadership as Vidatronic continues to grow.
