Land Transport Authority of Singapore Selects Xilinx Automotive Zynq All Programmable SoCs for Intelligent Transport Systems
SAN JOSE, Calif., May 10, 2015 -- Xilinx, Inc. (NASDAQ: XLNX) today announced that the Land Transport Authority of Singapore has selected Xilinx® Automotive (XA) Zynq® -7000 All Programmable SoCs for its Intelligent Transport Systems. The program was awarded to Xilinx by the Land Transport Authority of Singapore on March 20, 2015, at a signing ceremony at LTA headquarters in Singapore. Intelligent Transport Systems keep Singapore's roads and tunnel systems safe, maximize road network efficiency capacity, as well as monitor and manage traffic flow. Its infrastructure spans over 164 km of expressways and road tunnel systems throughout land-scarce Singapore.
