Analogix and Pinecone Collaborate on USB-C Technology
SANTA CLARA, Calif. & BEIJING-- December 14, 2015 --Analogix Semiconductor, Inc. and Beijing Pinecone Electronics Co. Ltd., today announced their licensing agreement of Analogix’s Intellectual Property (IP) for USB-C™ technology.

“We are excited to partner with Pinecone, who is the emerging leader in mobile processing,” said Michael Ching, vice president of technology licensing for Analogix. “Our IP cores enable platform integrators to reduce their design footprint, bill of materials, and time to market. Analogix’s IP cores have shipped into over 1 billion System-on-Chip (SoC) solutions from multiple customers.”
