eMemory Announces Comprehensive NVM Solution in 0.13um BCD Process for PMIC Applications
Hsinchu, Taiwan -- July 26, 2016 -- eMemory announces today that the NeoEE IP, its embedded logic MTP solution, has been verified in 0.13um 1.5V/5V BCD process platform at a world-leading foundry. eMemory’s OTP solution NeoBit was qualified in 2013, which means that both OTP and MTP IPs from eMemory are now available in 0.13um 1.5V/5V BCD process, offering comprehensive NVM IP solutions for power management IC (PMIC) applications.
To meet the demands for high-temperature retention and operation in BCD process, both NeoBit and NeoEE IP in 0.13um 1.5V/5V BCD process are able to support up to 150 °C high-temp operation and 125 °C data retention. Qualification for 150 °C data retention is on-going and will be completed in the late third quarter of 2016.
In addition to the availability of 0.13um 1.5V/5V BCD process NeoBit IPs embedded in PMIC products since 2013, eMemory further offers a specialty NeoBit OTP with the features of pure 5V devices in IP design and wide operation voltage range in this PMIC-popular platform. In order to reduce the number of masks and save production costs for certain PMIC applications, we offer NeoEE IPs with pure 5V devices for the initial stages of design, in addition to IPs with 1.5V and 5V devices to support PMIC product planners to have NVM IP solutions suitable for different types of PMIC products.
The availability of eMemory’s NeoBit and NeoEE IPs in the 0.13um BCD platform means individual OTP and MTP solutions, as well as combo NVM IPs, can be adopted for a variety of PMIC applications. We anticipate that eMemory’s logic NVM solutions will be widely embedded in PMIC products for mobile and industrial applications.
