Artisan Components Appoints James Hogan As Senior Vice President Of Business Development
SUNNYVALE, Calif., -- October 03, 2002 -- Artisan Components, Inc., (Nasdaq: ARTI), a leading provider of semiconductor intellectual property (IP), today announced that it has appointed James Hogan to the newly created position of senior vice president of business development. Mr. Hogan brings to Artisan more than 28 years of experience in the semiconductor design and manufacturing industry. He has held senior engineering, marketing and operational management positions at Cadence Design Systems, Inc., National Semiconductor Corporation and Phillips Semiconductor. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of business development and the senior member of the Office of Chief Technologist at Cadence Design Systems. Mr. Hogan holds a B.A degree in mathematics, a B.S. degree in computer science and an M.B.A all from San Jose State University.
