Stars of IP Party Returns to San Francisco
Silvaco rallies IP providers to celebrate semiconductor IP ecosystem at DAC 2018
Santa Clara, California - May 16, 2018 – Silvaco, Inc. today announced collaboration with key players in the semiconductor intellectual property (IP) ecosystem to host the Sixth annual Stars of IP party at Press Club in San Francisco, CA, on the evening of Tuesday, June 26, 2018. The event coincides with the 55th Design Automation Conference (DAC), which takes place June 24 – 28 at the Moscone Center West.
Stars of IP seeks to strengthen the semiconductor ecosystem by fostering networking and forging closer ties among IP provider companies, partners, and users. The success of the inaugural event at DAC 2013 in Austin and the growth of the party with each subsequent year have established Stars of IP as a fixture at DAC and one of the most sought-after tickets at each year’s conference.
“I can’t believe this is the 6th Stars of IP party,” said Warren Savage, General Manager of Silvaco’s IP Division. “What we started back in Austin has turned into one of the best networking events for IP companies and the customers in the world. I look forward to an evening of fun as we come together once again to celebrate IP’s place in the semiconductor industry.”
This year’s Stars of IP party co-hosts represent all corners of the IP ecosystem, from providers to industry partners and organizations: Avery Design Systems, CAST, FlexLogix, Open-Silicon, Minima Processors, Mobiviel, Silicon Creations, Silvaco, Sofics, Sonics, Synopsys, True Circuits, TSMC, and UltraSoC. Together, the co-hosts will invite over 300 of their best customers and partners to enjoy the party.
