Ittiam Systems announce strategic relationship with Silicon Laboratories to build SOC (System On Chip) Design Competency
Bangalore. May 07, 2003 - Ittiam Systems today announced a strategic relationship with Silicon Laboratories Inc. to develop SOC (System On Chip) designs for the mixed-signal IC market. The partnership will combine Ittiam Systems' strong software and system expertise with Silicon Laboratories' leading mixed-signal design capability to enable continued innovation in wireline IC solutions.

The entire SOC chip design activity for communication applications will be done in the newly formed subsidiary of Ittiam Systems, Ittiam Semiconductor Pvt. Ltd.
