DELTA, Ericsson Partner for RF Production Testing - DELTA selected as Bluetooth partner for RF production testing
November 7, 2003 - Companies licensing Bluetooth IP cores from Ericsson are offered production testing of their Bluetooth radio chipsets in DELTA’s advanced Agilent 93000/RF test equipment.

Agilent 93000/RF test equipment is a system capable of testing RF devices up to 6 GHz. The Bluetooth test set-up has been established by DELTA in cooperation with Ericsson.The test system has the capability to test Wireless LAN, Bluetooth, GSM, GPS and RF products. The technical specifications are unique and are used at DELTA to service the next generation SoC chips where baseband and radio will be one chip.
