January 9, 2004 - MorethanIP releases new 10/100 Ethernet MAC. The MAC provides the standard IEEE Media Independent Interface (MII) for seamless connection to standard 10/100 PHY devices, embedded clock and rate decoupling FIFOs with full-duplex and half-duplex support. It is hardware- and software compatible with MorethanIP 10/100/1000 Ethernet MAC Core making migration of 10/100 Applications to Gigabit Environments possible with minimum or no design effort.
