True Circuits PLLs are Recognized with a Wireless Systems Design 2004 Industry Award
LOS ALTOS, California - February 11, 2004 -- True Circuits, Inc. (TCI), a leading provider of analog and mixed-signal intellectual property (IP) for the semiconductor, systems and electronics industries, has been selected to receive a Wireless Systems Design 2004 Industry Award for its line of PLL hard macros. This award is given out annually as a means of honoring those wireless products/technology developments that stand apart from the competitive field and serve as beckons to which the entire wireless community can aspire.
While initial nominations were open to the public, all subsequent voting was limited to members of the 2004 Advisory Board Committee. The voting process was concealed to maintain the credibility and legitimacy of the awards process. Final voting for this year's award winners were completed the second week of January 2004.
"True Circuits is honored to have been selected for a Wireless Systems Design 2004 Industry Award," remarked Stephen G. Maneatis, CEO of True Circuits. "This came as a pleasant surprise and reaffirms our position as a technology leader in the field of analog/mixed-signal circuit design. We would like to thank the 2004 Advisory Board Committee and Wireless System Design Magazine editors for recognizing the contribution our PLL hard macros have made to the performance of today's wireless products."
As a winner of a Wireless Systems Design 2004 Industry Award, True Circuits will be prominently featured in the January/February issue of Wireless Systems Design Magazine (www.wsdmag.com), as well as the Wireless Systems 2004 Show Guide. The award will be given at an awards ceremony at the upcoming Wireless Systems Design Conference & Expo event (www.wsdexpo.com). This event is scheduled to take place March 8-10 at the San Diego Convention Center.
