MILPITAS, Calif., June 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- LSI Logic Corporation (NYSE: LSI) today announced that UTStarcom (Nasdaq: UTSI), a global leader in IP access networking solutions and services, has signed a licensing agreement for the LSI Logic open architecture ZSP400 digital signal processor (DSP) core ( www.zsp.com/products/zsp400.html ). This relationship further broadens market adoption of the ZSP(R) architecture and underscores LSI Logic's position as the popular choice for designers of wireless solutions.
