CISSOID releases its High-temperature LDO Voltage Regulator Family (CHT-LDO)
The CHT-LDO is rated up to 225°C and operates up to 300°C with derated performances. The CHT-LDO has a 2V dropout with a load current of 1Amp and is optimized to be stable on a large range of load capacitances and ESR.
The CHT-LDO exists with several output voltages (2.5V, 3.3V, 5V, 5.5V, 9V, 10V, 12V, 13V and 15V). Samples have already been shipped to several customers. The CHT-LDO is available in dies, TO3 or TO220 packages, from 10 pieces to large volumes. Contact CISSOID for a quotation or visit our website for complete datasheets: http://www.cissoid.com/Products/High_temperature.htm ).
The CHT-LDO is the first released product from our high-temperature component library. Forthcoming products include: crystal clock generator (CHT-CG), Negative voltage regulator (CHT-LDN), bandgap reference (CHT-BG), Power NMOS and PMOS (CHT-NMOS & CHT-PMOS), analog-to-digital converter (CHT-ADC) and instrumentation amplifier (CHT-IA). Technical details can be found in our website.
CISSOID also offers high-temperature ASIC services, allowing customers to increase reliability and temperature range of their system while decreasing size, power consumption and cost.
CISSOID has been created in 2000, being the first independent design company focused on Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) technology. CISSOID is addressing analog, mixed and RF applications that can benefit from SOI technologies. This includes high-temperature electronics as well as ultra low-power, low-voltage and wireless circuits.
