MIGDAL HAEMEK, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 21, 2005--Tower Semiconductor Ltd., a pure-play independent wafer foundry, today announced it has received an Award of Excellence from ON Semiconductor for outstanding service to its Analog Products Group.
