Sidense wins patent infringement case against Kilopass (Friday Aug. 17, 2012)
Sidense announced today that the United States District Court for the Northern District of California granted Sidense’s motion for summary judgment of non-infringement of all three Kilopass patents asserted in the lawsuit. The Court determined that no reasonable jury could find that Sidense infringed any claim of Kilopass’ asserted patents. This is a resounding victory for Sidense and Kilopass will not be permitted to present its patent infringement claims to a jury.

Garmin Announces Victory in Patent Dispute with Rambus (Friday Jul. 27, 2012)
Garmin International, Inc., a subsidiary of Garmin Ltd. (NASDAQ: GRMN) announced today that the U.S. International Trade Commission has rejected all of Rambus, Inc.’s patent allegations against Garmin. As a result, the Commission terminated the investigation initiated by Rambus styled In the Matter of Certain Semiconductor Chips and Products Containing Same (Investigation No. 337-TA-753).
