12-Bit 2MSPS DAC

The ll_dac2891s01_lnf28lp_7002 is a 3.3V/1.8V/1.0V multi supply-voltage 12-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that supports conversion rate (FS) up to 2MS/s, designed in 28nm CMOS process. It consists of power down logics, level shifters, clock generators (CLK gen.), digital logics for current DAC control, reference voltage generator block (including a BGR), current DAC, and output buffer.
