Bluetooth 5.0 LE Transceiver
The BLE5T55ULP RF IP is designed for TSMC 55nm ULP Process. It combined 2.4 GHz RF and MODEM for Bluetooth 5.0 Low Energy (BLE 5.0) applications. Supported data rates are 1 Mbps and 2 Mbps according to the Bluetooth Low Energy standard. The SPI, data, and control register interface connected to MAC and MCU for Silicon on Chip (SOC) System.
