MIPI DPHY TX PHY, UMC 22nm ULP/ULL

The MIPI D-PHY Tx IP is compliant with the Display Serial Interface (DSI) with D-PHY signaling up to 2.5GHz. This IP is designed for extreme low power and easy integration into any System-On-Chip (SOC). Our MIPI IP can be delivered in either 1-lane, 2-lane or 4-lane (can be configured into either one 4-lanes or two 2-lanes with separated clock) types.
Optimized for high performance, low power and small area, the InPsytech MIPI D-PHY Tx PHY is delivered in either two (2) or four (4) lanes and it can be configured into different combination of “lanes”; for example: A 4-lane DPHY Tx IP can be configured into a 4-lane D-PHY or two 2-lane D-PHY with separated clock. This IP is provided as a hard macro PHY that is primarily delivered as GDSII.
