PCS Interface core

The CorePCS supports programmable 8B10B encoding/decoding. The core can be configured as a transmitter only, receiver only or both transmitter and receiver. Word alignment support is included in the receiver. The core can be configured to support 10, 20, 40 or 80 bit EPCS data.
