SIM Card Supply Switch with control pin

SGCSIMSW_01_TSMC_CLN40ULP is a general purpose SIM Card Supply Switch with control pin. It offers over current protection, to avoid inrush currents. Moreover, it guarantees that, when the interface is disabled, the switch is open and the output is pulled down. The SGCSIMSW_01_TSMC_CLN40ULP can be found as an isolated IP or integrated into PMUs, as for example in the SGCPMU_01_TSMC_CLN40ULP, being specified for TJ = -40°C to 125°C.
